Delivery Information
DISPATCHING OF ORDERS
We aim to dispatch items within 3 working days of an order being placed. During busy period/sales, we regret that this is sometimes not possible and we unfortunately cannot make any amendments to orders once they are placed. Thank you for your understanding.
DELAYS TO YOUR ORDER
We will do everything within our control to ensure your order reaches you within the agreed upon timeframe. However sometimes things happen that are beyond our control resulting in delays to your order delivery.
MISSED DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will provide you with details of the options available to allow you to receive your order.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Purchasers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applied. Minachi_UK can not be held responsible for any delays caused by customs.
REPLACEMENTS
If an order hasn’t shipped internationally doesn’t arrive within estimated delivery time we will do our best to assist with tracking your order. In the event of no delivery beyond 28 days we will process a replacement.
SELLER RIGHTS
Minachi_UK reserves the right to refuse sales to buyers who have a history of negative and/or malicious interactions.
