REFUNDS

All of the jewellery sold via Minachii.com is of the highest quality and items are individually quality checked before packaging and each order is recorded while packing to ensure the utmost care. We operate a no return/exchange policy due to hygiene reasons. Please contact us on Instagram if you have any queries. 

Sale items may have minor defects, which is reflected in the discounted price. If you have any questions or would like to see more images before purchasing, please contact us. Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, regardless of any defects or damages. By purchasing a sale item, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

If there are any issues with your package, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it via Instagram (@Minachi_UK) or email (alara.desire@gmail.com) with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If a refund or replacement is agreed upon, the item must be returned within 1-2 working days of approval. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and securely packed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

WHAT IF STONES/BEADS POP OUT DURING SHIPPING?

Stones popping out during transit is not considered as defect since these can be easily stuck back at your end, we will guide you for the same, just drop us an email or message us on Instagram.


DISPATCHING OF ORDERS
We aim to dispatch items within 3 working days of an order being placed. During busy period/sales, we regret that this is sometimes not possible and we unfortunately cannot make any amendments to orders once they are placed. Thank you for your understanding. We will be using Royal Mail/Hermes as  our courier.


DELAYS TO YOUR ORDER
We will do everything within our control to ensure your order reaches you within the agreed upon timeframe. However sometimes things happen that are beyond our control resulting in delays to your order delivery.


MISSED DELIVERY

Delivery partners will provide options for you to receive your order. If the items are not collected or delivery is not rescheduled, resulting in the goods being returned to Minachi, the return will be at the customer’s expense. In such cases, the customer will be refunded the value of the goods, less the cost of return shipping. Please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable.

 


CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and minachi_uk encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Minachi at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.


REPLACEMENTS
If an order hasn’t shipped internationally doesn’t arrive within estimated delivery time we will do our best to assist with tracking your order. In the event of no delivery beyond 28 days we will process a replacement.


SELLER RIGHTS
Minachi_UK reserves the right to refuse sales to buyers who have a history of negative and/or malicious interactions.
